Position Summary To support transaction processing for Customer Service, focused primarily on customer order entry Principal Responsibilities • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received via telephone, fax, etc., are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt • Order entry • Returns: ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner • Credit and debit memo processing • Delivery processing • Invoice processing • Price review • General data entry activities relating to the order to cash process Education / Experience Requirements • Language skills - fluent English required • 1-2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced customer service department, preferably within a multi-national environment • Accurate with a strong attention to detail and good time management skills • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced department • Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular hours if required • Good computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP an advantage • Ability to work well under pressure in a target driven environment Specialized Skills / Other Requirements • Self-driven and ability to work independently and/or as a team player • Approachable and enthusiastic.
