The College is seeking applications for a Finance Business Partner based in our Strand Road Campus. This is a key role within the Financial Department reporting directly to the College Accountant. The postholder will have responsibility for accurately recording and maintaining information for budget holders serving as the first point of contact for all financial matters including budget management and financial reporting support. The postholder will be responsible for key aspects of the General Ledger including Bank Reconciliation’s and will oversee the management of the National Fraud Initiative (NFI) to prevent and detect fraud and to protect public funds. JOB PURPOSE The Summer Activity Scheme aims to provide inclusive physical activities for young people with disabilities between the ages of 7-17 years in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area. Through this Scheme, the young people will be introduced to different forms of physical activity which will breakdown existing barriers to their participation and enhance their active lifestyles, health and confidence. The post holders will be required to assist with the co-ordination and organisation of the programme of activities and care for the young people attending the Scheme. This will include attending to the young people’s personal needs and ensuring their safety and wellbeing whilst adhering to Council policies and procedures. HSE Mid-West Disability Services focus on enabling people with disabilities to achieve their full potential, as independently as possible while ensuring that their voices and that of their families are heard. HSE Mid-West Disability Services, encompasses services for children, young people and adults who have an Intellectual Disability, Physical and Sensory Disability, Autism or Acquired Brain Injury. It also includes management/monitoring of Service Level and Grant Aid Agreements through which Section 38/39 and Private Providers are funded. It encompasses development and oversight of new and emerging service delivery models. Services are delivered through the model of health and social care include the following: · Children Disability Network Teams · Respite and Residential placements · Home Support Services · Outreach services HSE Children’s Disability Case Management Service is responsible for the planning, arranging and subsequent co-ordination and delivery of services using individually tailored care plans, having a person-centered approach and a multi-disciplinary focus. The staff appointed to this post will be required to participate as a member HSE Children’s Disability Case Management Team delivering a coordinated approach to client care. A Planning and Performance function will exist in each of the Health Regions in supporting the REOs in delivering a broad spectrum of reforms. The Planning and Performance function incorporates the PMO function of programme and project management, change management, service design/planning and performance reporting. The team will drive and actively support the delivery of Slaintecare, the Health Region change programme and associated service improvements, and enhanced data collection & reporting in HSE Mid West.
