The Opportunity The GV AIRE Support Officer will be part of the BreastCheck AIRE support team who work collectively to support the administration of an effective register function across the BreastCheck programme under the leadership of the BreastCheck Register Manager. The Role · Participate in the ongoing development of the AIRE software system with the provision of timely user acceptance testing (UAT), working collectively with the other ASOs · Assist with the wider coordination of BreastCheck end user acceptance testing both locally and across the wider BreastCheck programme to ensure ongoing system improvement and development. · Administration of support tickets and change request tickets within the JIRA software ticketing system. · Participate in the development of detailed process maps and documentation to standardise operating procedures and workflows within the AIRE system · Collaborate with stakeholders across the programme to find solutions to complex problems. · Support AIRE Superusers within each Unit by providing them with up-to-date communications and training to facilitate the provision of ongoing support to the end users within each BreastCheck Unit · Provide administrative support to the testing of screening and assessment related communications (e.g. screening invitation letters) and updating of these communications within the AIRE software system in line with current Q-pulse revisions, supporting the BreastCheck Register Manager in the co-ordination of the time sensitive task.
