The CNRT is an inter-disciplinary therapy team providing a specialised service for adults with a range of progressive or acquired neurological conditions. This is a multi-professional team including a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing and Administrative staff. This service will provide people with earlier access to specialist rehabilitation close to home. The team provide a person centred service, improving people’s quality of life and working together to support people with neuro-rehabilitative needs.
