Job Role: A Quality Viewer’s job is to inspect products and materials for defects, ensuring they meet company and industry standards by performing visual checks and tests. Key duties include meticulously documenting faults, maintaining testing equipment, and communication any issues or potential improvements to the quality assurance team. The goal is to prevent substandard products from reaching customers and to contribute to the overall quality of the manufacturing process. Casual Sports Coach
Location: Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon (The post holder may be required to work at other locations across the Borough) Salary: Scale 3 SCP 7 £13.68 per hour for all hours worked Main Duties and Responsibilities To instruct and supervise participants at locations specified by the Centre Manager or appropriate officer. To deliver high quality coaching sessions appropriate to the needs and abilities of the participants and the goal of the service. To ensure the Health and Safety and suitability of each programme, paying particular regard to the needs of the individual. To provide and maintain a filing system, if applicable to the class. To check equipment (if applicable to the class) and report faults to the appropriate officer. To be responsible for ensuring the prompt reporting and recording of all accidents or dangerous occurrences. To ensure a high standard of customer care at all times. To assist in the building evacuation procedure to ensure the safety and well-being of Customers and Staff. To assist in the erection or de-rigging of equipment applicable to the class. Any other duties allocated, commensurate with the nature and grade of the post. PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide administrative support to the provision of Community Education and liaise with community partners regarding service provision. Main Duties & Responsibilities Prepare schedule of visits and regularly visit outcentres and manage the enrolment process in outcentres. Monitor enrolments in outcentres and carry out evaluations of programmes outcomes. Visit outcentres to promote the Faculty’s programme as and when required. Consult with community partners on local needs and curriculum content. Establish and maintain a database of all community partners. Establish and maintain good working links with community partners and develop linkages between community partners and employers. Liaise with community partners to identify and develop a curriculum and delivery method to target difficult to reach and marginalised groups. Maintain and develop the Faculty’s web link, Community Prospectus and all associated marketing resources. Prepare marketing materials and contribute to the Faculty’s marketing strategy. Ensure the accurate provision of data as required by the Head of Faculty and Senior Management Team. Develop administrative systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the community education function. Make effective use of MIS to monitor statistical targets and provide accurate information as required for MIS returns and financial reports. Provide accurate and timely information on timetabling to assist the Head of Faculty in adhering to College policies. Attend Faculty meetings. Undertake staff development activities as required. Work with other Community Education Development Officers to co-ordinate the Community Education function as required by the Head of Faculty. Hours of Work The hours of work will not normally be less than 36 per week. The hours of duty which may be on any of the College sites will be such as laid down to meet the needs of the College and may include periods of duty after, as well as before 5.00 pm on any Monday to Friday. Annual Leave Entitlement Entitlement to annual leave is 23 days in a full holiday year in addition to 12 public and extra statutory holidays.
