Provide coaching and HR guidance as needed. • Policy & Procedure Management: Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks in line with legal and organisational changes across our sites. • Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate relevant learning and development initiatives. • HR Projects: Lead or support ongoing HR initiatives in a growing dynamic business. • HR Reporting: Produce HR metrics and report out to senior management on a monthly basis.
