Membership Advisor Role: Are you target driven with an excellent customer focus? Have you previous membership sales experience within the leisure industry and are looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a naturally proactive and motivated individual who can generate fresh leads and convert them into sales. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings. What you will be doing: You will be assisting the Club Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the club. You will also be heavily involved in the sales of memberships from lead generation to conversion. You will assist the Club Manager in the development of an activity calendar to improve sales. Targets are central to this role and you will be working to ensure that these targets are reached. You will be ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal, and HR requirements while also maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. You will also be required to work with the team to develop the Anytime Fitness brand within the local community. The person: You will be target driven with some sales experience, preferably in the leisure industry. You will have fantastic people skills and enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be computer savvy and have some knowledge of the industry. Experience in ClubWise CRM would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.
