Senior Pharmacist Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this post is to provide a high-quality comprehensive service to your area of responsibility by promoting the best clinical, safe, and cost-effective use of medicines resulting in safer and better outcomes for patients. Essential Criteria: · A Pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or be entitled to be so registered. · Have at least three (3) years of relevant post-registration experience. · Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
