Required Education, Skills and Qualifications: • Subject Matter / Industry Certified / Qualified • Relevant and subject related industry experience • Ability to Communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Excellent Presentation, I.T. and Interpersonal skills • Proactive approach to supporting and developing others with a demonstrate-able interest in learner employability, activation and progression

In working with the Department of Community Health the SMO will work closely with other SMO’s, Managers of Care Groups, and Heads of Discipline. The Department of Community Health will provide a range of medical services in the areas of Child and Adolescent Health, Immunisations, and those with Physical, Sensory and Learning Disability An SMO will be assigned to provide services within a defined care group or groups.
