WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? We are now looking for a Trade Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will help us deliver our strategic goals and make sure that we enhance the opportunities for cross-border trade, innovation and clustering co-operation in the years ahead. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role of Trade Advisor you will develop, maintain and share an effective knowledge base on specialist trade matters, which will have a positive impact on our business customers every day. You will be responsible for sourcing and maintaining the information, ensuring it is communicated internally and externally through our digital platforms. Working alongside colleagues, you will help us achieve our trade KPIs. Additionally, you will manage relationships with stakeholders within your designated work stream, working closely with businesses and a team of specialist service providers. You will promote the opportunities presented by cross-border trade to businesses, informing them of the different trade requirements between jurisdictions, identifying Trade opportunities and supporting businesses through structured trade programmes and training. ICT Section Officer, University Hospital
Grade VI ICT Section Officer, Cork University Hospital Cork University Hospital (CUH) is the largest university teaching hospital in Ireland and the only Level 1 Trauma centre in the country due to the presence of over 40 different medical and surgical specialties on the campus. CUH is the tertiary referral centre for the HSE Southern area and is the major academic hospital in the South West region. CUH has 800 beds and this will increase further to 1,000 beds on completion of the transfer of additional services to the CUH campus. CUH currently employs 3,600 (WTE) staff of multiple professions and is the primary teaching hospital for the Faculty of Health and Science in University College Cork. There are three hospitals across 3 sites within the CUH Group (CUHG): Cork University Hospital & Cork University Maternity Hospital, Mallow General Hospital and Bantry General Hospital. Cork University Hospital provides management and oversight arrangements for Bantry General Hospital and Mallow General Hospital. The ICT Department at CUH is a focused, flexible unit that manages the ICT infrastructure and business/clinical applications at CUH – in partnership with the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in the HSE. The ICT Section Officer is tasked with the daily management of an ICT Team, providing end user support and implementing systems functionality in areas of OPD Referrals, Waiting Lists, Appointment Booking, Clinic Management, Inpatient Referrals, Waiting Lists, Bed Management, Document Tracking, Patient Billing and Clinical Theatres, Order Comms, Results Viewing and Electronic Referrals.
