Director Of Client Engagement
The Director of Client Engagement is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving sustainable tourism growth through business development, experience enhancement, and industry competitiveness. The role has primary accountability for all industry-facing functions at TNI, acting as a trusted partner to tourism businesses and stakeholders across Northern Ireland. Through strong client engagement, commercial insight, and sector leadership, the Director will stimulate innovation, improve quality and productivity, and ensure Northern Ireland’s tourism offer competes effectively at a regional and international level. Alongside direct business engagement, the Job Holder is required to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and organisations which form the Northern Ireland tourism ecosystem including Government Departments and their Agencies, local government and third sector organisations. The job holder will oversee the support services provided to businesses within the tourism sector through Tourism Northern Ireland’s Tourism Enterprise Development Programme and an Experience Development Programme through a key account management approach. The role also includes responsibility for the co-ordination of work related to the creation and delivery of tourism events within Northern Ireland and in doing so securing the region’s reputation as a world class destination for tourism events. The post holder will also oversee Tourism NI’s statutory responsibility to certify tourism accommodation and Northern Ireland’s quality assurance (star grading) schemes. A key part of this role will be to lead the development of a client engagement framework, designed to ensure every tourism partner—large or small—receives the right guidance at the right time. Whether an accommodation provider, a visitor attraction, an event organiser, an experience creator, or a tourism start up, Tourism NI wants to ensure a clear point of contact is in place to offer tailored advice based on business need, potential and market opportunity. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Job Holder will also contribute to the wider corporate management of Tourism NI and champion, lead and participate in specific cross-functional, business development initiatives.

Location: The BEO Services is a community based, person centred service focussing on the needs and abilities of adults with intellectual disabilities. The vision of the service is to support people with intellectual disabilities to achieve a full and valued life in their community. We continually review the way in which we support people in line with best practice internationally. Our focus going forward is to form a relationship/partnership with individuals and their family, supporting them to plan their own service. We wish to create opportunities for people who use our service to have valued social roles in their communities and to have the chance to form real friendships. The Role: The Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service and will provide leadership and supervision at a local level, ensuring the service delivered is person centred. Reporting/Responsible To: Service Coordinator/Area manager Qualifications/Experience/Skills: Ø A relevant 3rdlevel qualification in the Social Care or Health Sector e.g. Nursing qualification and current Live Register Certificate from NMBI or Social Care qualification registered with or eligible to register with CORU. Ø A qualification in management is desirable. Ø The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience of working with people with an intellectual disability. They will also have experience of behaviours that challenge and complex needs. Experience in goal setting and programme implementation is essential. Ø The successful candidate must have experience of managing and supervising a staff team and be up to date with current policy and legislation relevant to intellectual disability services. Ø Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, management and planning skills as well as the ability to set goals, implement and review. Ø Candidates must have the ability to exercise good judgement, discretion and confidentiality, to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms and co-operate in a team environment with a person-centred philosophy. Ø The successful candidate will have evidence of and be committed to Continued Professional and Personal Development. Ø A full clean manual Driving Licence, which qualifies you to drive manual transmission vehicles on Irish Roads and use of your own car is an essential requirement. Working Hours: Contracted hours will be based on a 7-day roster, with flexible shift patterns. It is envisaged that this post will primarily be Monday to Friday with contracted hours of work liable to change between the hours of 8am – 8pm. There will be a requirement to work one weekend every three weeks, depending in service needs. The contracted hours will depend on the grade of the successful candidate i.e. 78 hours a fortnight (SCL grade) 75 hours a fortnight (CNM1 grade). In addition, a sleep-in and/or night duty commitment may be a requirement of the post for which the appropriate allowance will be paid. An ‘On Call’ commitment may be required and flexibility around this will be expected in order to meet service needs. The Corlann model of service is based on Personal Outcome Measures requiring employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each individual Annual Leave: Leave will be granted according to the agreed leave assigned to the grade of the successful candidates i.e. Social Care Leader or CNM1. Annual leave must be planned with the Area Manager / Service Coordinator to ensure appropriate and adequate cover is provided for the service. IT Operations and Infrastructure Support Specialist – Permanent, Full-time The IT Operations and Infrastructure Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd line technical support while safeguarding the integrity of sensitive healthcare data. You will manage and troubleshoot a diverse ecosystem of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, hardware, and network connectivity to ensure seamless business continuity. This role requires a proactive security mindset to maintain a robust security posture. You will be required to balance technical expertise with strong communication, collaborating with internal users and external partners to ensure the environment and infrastructure are efficient, robust and secure. Essential Qualifications : · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, and Entra ID. · Ability to provide 1st and 2nd line support to all IT users to ensure reported problems are resolved as effectively and efficiently as possible. · Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. · Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, OWASP). · Troubleshoot hardware issues with Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, and Local and MFP Printers. · Troubleshoot telephone handset, mailbox and voicemail issues. Liaise with telephone support provider. · Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. · Installation and configuration of software applications and systems. · Management of Video Conferencing software and equipment. · Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. · Setup and reconfigure workstations which will include the manual handling of IT hardware.
