Clinical Nurse Specialist / Clinical Manager Rheumatology Service
The Rheumatology Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for the provision of specialist care to Rheumatology patients and manage a case load of patients with rheumatology conditions. · The Clinical Nurse Specialist is a practitioner with extensive clinical knowledge and expertise in the specialist field. · Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the nurse specialist will use their clinical, communication and inter personal skills to assess and deliver care to the specialised cohort of patients. The clinical nurse specialist will apply evidence-based practice, act as a patient advocate, and provide health promotion and education to the client group. · They will coordinate the rheumatology service between acute and primary care settings. We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Part-Time Dental Nurse to be part of our family run group of Practices and to join our team in 372 Cregagh Road, Belfast. The successful applicant will work 24 hours per week from 8:30-5:30pm Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30-5:30pm on Fridays. As this is a Denplan practice, an enhanced hourly rate will be offered. Duties will include assisting the dentist, sterilising dental equipment, keeping the surgery clean and occasional reception duties. Promoting high standards of patient care at all times is vital.
