Description When P1 or P0 incidents are raised, you coordinate both IS&T problem-solving functions as well as in-the-moment business recovery tactics — simultaneously! Facilitate teleconference bridges to drive to rapid resolution, and bring in affected business users to test hypotheses and potential solutions. Maintain communication efforts to alert the broader business as well as executive team members. Facilitate after-action reviews, documenting Root Cause Analysis and preventative actions as well as coordinating customer impact assessment and recovery. The ability to stay calm and focused in a pressurised environment is necessary. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Radiographer, Staff Grade, Cork University Hospital from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Details of Service: Cork University Hospital (CUH) is the largest acute hospital in the country. The hospital is a primary teaching hospital with close alliances to University College Cork (UCC), nursing, medical and allied health professional training. The hospital also plays a central role in the management of co-located services on-site. CUH is the largest university teaching hospital in Ireland and the only Level 1 Trauma centre in the country – an accreditation given with the presence of 40 different medical and surgical specialities delivered by the hospital – including Neurosciences, Cardiac Services, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Renal, Internal Medicine, Vascular, Ophthalmology, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Maxillary-Facial, Paediatrics, Critical Care, Cancer Services, and Emergency Medicine.
