Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc (a) Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition: (i) Extensive experience in a Human Resource role that has involved dealing with HR matters (operational and strategic level) including recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development, payroll, staff engagement, performance management, mentoring and workforce planning And (ii) A track record of successful and innovative leadership including a record of delivering change through strong interpersonal and communications ability.
