Site Administrator
Building a sustainable tomorrow We are recruiting a Site Administrator to join our project in Letterkenny. Your mission • Support the site based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in the head office and on site. • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details. • Reporting of KPI's. • Completing the site resource tracker each week. • General filing (on cloud) and office duties. • Soft copy file management. • Record Keeping. • Assisting managers with clerical duties. • Generating and managing statistics of site works. • Experience of MS Excel essential. • Other adhoc duties as required. • Processing of goods received documents. • Reporting to Site Project Manager. Who are we looking for? • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate within a multi-disciplinary site team. • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced similar role. • Strong IT experience with Microsoft office skills and pdf software tools. • Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency, and strong time management skills. • Knowledge of COINS software is advantageous (training can be provided). • Knowledge of snagging related to construction would be a benefit, but is not essential. Job Description Assisting the team with the upkeep and maintenance of Golf premises. The placement will also include training and guidance on gardening work, grass cutting, hedge cutting, strimming. Work individually or as part of a team to complete repair and maintenance tasks. Training will be provided in health and safety procedures, identifying hazards and undertake point of work risk assessments as required. Communicate effectively with customers/team members when doing maintenance. The participant will receive all training and will be supported by a mentor on the placement. The participant will gain practical knowledge in a busy golfing environment The participant will learn how to work as part of a team with a good work ethic By the end of the programme, you will have developed the following skills: teamwork, problem solving, listening, communication, customer service, time management, attention to details, working to schedules.
