Main Duties and Responsibilities To prepare workshop materials for use by lecturers and trainees. To organise tools and materials for trainees in an orderly and tidy manner. To maintain all equipment in a safe and secure environment. To practice good stock control including ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all tools and materials. To check requisitions against documentation when received and comply with ‘Agresso’ requirements. To assist lecturers during practical classes and maintain a level of supervision and support at all times. To carry out regular routine checks on equipment to ensure any problems are noted and reported to the designated person so appropriate action is taken. Ensure accurate records for equipment checks and maintenance are available at all times, using the correct proformas.
