Facilities Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our in-house facilities team. The successful candidate will be required to support the Head of Facilities and Facilities Manager in delivering the overall operation, while providing hands-on leadership to the facilities team in the repair and maintenance of all equipment and facilities at Titanic Belfast and our associated venues. The Facilities Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring all visitor-facing building services and back-of-house systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role, working directly with the facilities team to deliver repairs, maintenance, and project support that keep Titanic Belfast and its associated venues running smoothly and to the highest standard. This shift pattern operates on a two-week rotating schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts (0700–1900), with Week 1 covering Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, followed by Week 2 covering Wednesday and Thursday only, with all remaining days off. The team also monitors compliance with media service codes and rules, broadcasting contracts and European Works obligations for broadcasters and VOD providers.
