Key responsibilities • Manage and co-ordinate at global level the projects on CX transformation and Digital enablement. o Carry out day to day project management for the delivery of initiatives to planned timelines, cost and benefits; ensuring the Wave and complementary project management tools are up to date and these enable communication at different stakeholders’ level. o Develop detailed project plan(s) and mobilise resources. o Identify project risks and issues, ensure mitigating actions are implemented. o Work with the IO and change lead in developing their Change management plan. o Interpret information (i.e. programme updates, process refinement, capability upskill) to effectively translate this to business leaders. • Stakeholder management and building and maintaining effective relationships with CXI studio, project managers and initiative owners to support them to deliver their initiatives. o Engage key stakeholders across the region to successfully navigate through the critical business changes & understand challenges that may arise. • Represent the Commercial workstream in corresponding forums as required demonstrating progress to date, coordinating actions and next steps to mitigate programme risk.  Qualifications and skills • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience) • Project management qualification, agile methodology desirable. • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the delivery of a broad range of projects including digital (portals, automation enablement) preferably in the Commercial sector. • Previous experience in Programme management, delivering change, transition and embedding on new models. • Strong communicator and influencer at every level with ability to bring all stakeholders along the journey.
