Senior Sign Installation Engineer
Senior Sign Installation Engineer Prestige Signs are one of the country’s leading sign, installation and maintenance companies in Ireland. With a vast client base, we cover the whole of the island of Ireland. We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Sign Installation Engineer, who will attend customers’ sites for any allocated work required. From maintenance jobs to full site installations. This is a full-time permanent position, after a successful probationary period. The Candidate: · The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. · You must be willing to travel the country if required and, occasionally, overnight stays will be asked of you. · Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to assist clients and team members where possible. Be a team player. · High attention to detail · Must have excellent time keeping skills. · Have good communication skills. · Hold a full driver’s license. · Current Safe Pass & Manual Handling certs are desirable, although not necessary as courses will be given where required. · Additional certs advantageous. · Fluent English · Authorisation to work in Ireland. The Role: · Full time, 5 days a week. · Primarily we are looking for someone to cover the Midlands across to the West of the country. However, there may be occasions for the successful applicant to cover sites nationwide as required. · To attend customer sites carrying out allocated work as required. · To ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and competent manner and submitted back to head office. · This is a ‘Client Facing’ role and as such, we require a full understanding of the importance of compliance with Health & Safety as well as courtesy toward the customer. Service Technicians
Service Technicians Location: Dublin and for work Nationwide The role of the Service Technician at our company involves the regular service, planned preventative maintenance of all components of the Aerocom AC3000 Pneumatic Tube System. The Aerocom AC3000 PTS allows the transport of blood samples, paperwork and pharmaceuticals through a network of tube throughout hospitals. We have installed the Aerocom PTS in approximately 40 hospitals in Ireland, all of which have at least twice-yearly PPM visits. The job requires a lot of travel throughout the country as our customers are located in Letterkenny, Mayo, Galway, Kerry, Cork, Waterford, Dublin and the midlands. Training will be provided. Having Safepass and Manual Handling training already completed is an advantage. A full clean driving license is essential. Additionally, experience with the use of hand tools and ladders is a great start. Successful candidates will be tech savvy and have excellent communication skills. Maintenance Engineer
Main Duties Maintain site process equipment, including utilities. Replace and repair defective mechanical & electrical equipment, instruments and cabling when necessary. Support process changeovers and process cleaning. ·Maintain items of instrumentations, measurement and control associated with process equipment as well as utilities. · Carry out scheduled calibrations on process and utilities instrumentation as to minimize possible batch impact, and unscheduled equipment downtime. · Carry out scheduled Preventative Maintenance PM’s on process and utilities equipment as to minimize possible batch impact, and unscheduled equipment downtime. · Carry out all operations to conform to cGMP requirements. Schedule shutdown works to minimize the impact on production, always adhering to the safest working practices. It is the responsibility of the position to strictly adhere to procedures and an issues identified are raised immediately. · Liaise with all Maintenance, Manufacturing, Project, Quality and any other SK personnel, to meet the site objectives. · Work and liaise with all other maintenance & manufacturing personnel and maintenance contractors to achieve common goals and objectives. Work across departments and respect the views of other team members at all times.
