Then this may be the opportunity for you  About the Role  As an Operator within our talented team at Baileys Nangor Road you’ll play a pivotal role in the supply process and packaging team, maintaining the line and finding improvements to processes.  You’ll will a member of a team responsible for operating the line, maintaining quality control, operating packaging machine processes whilst following standard operating procedures for machine operation and set up time reduction as well as preparing the line for shift handovers.  Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other KPI’s and targets including quality, service, cost and asset care.  About You  We’re looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems. You’ll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.  You’ll have experience working in a production environment, and have demonstrable knowledge of Quality Assurance, Health and Safety legislation and environmental risk principles.
