In this post, you will be required to clean buses, yard and buildings to high standards in order to meet our customers’ expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The following reflects typical duties and is not intended to be a comprehensive description of all tasks: • Clean the interior and exterior of buses to PCV standard. • Maintain the fleet e.g. fuel buses, maintain water and oil levels. • Clean the Bus Station Yard, platform areas and other outside spaces. • Clean Bus Station Public areas, including public toilets. • Any other duty as required by the Service Delivery Manager or Inspector. MWCH Principal Clinical Psychologist
The HSE Mid-West Young Adult Disability Team, aims to improve the experiences of Young People transitioning from child disability services to adult focused disability services in the Mid-West region i.e., Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary. This specialist multidisciplinary team (MDT) for Young People with disabilities is provided by the HSE Mid-West Young Adult Disability Team (Principal Psychologist and Senior Grade Occupational Therapist and Psychology Assistant. The service is delivered in line with the approved Model of Service document developed in 2022. The overall purpose of the post is to put in place and provide clinical leadership and pivotal service for the Young Adults Disability Team. Under the model of service for the Young Adult Disability Team in the Mid-West Community Healthcare the “ Psychologist will also act as Clinical Lead of the Young Adult Disability Team, a role that will require 0.5 WTE allocation” . This level of responsibility for service lead and development are the duties of the Principal Psychologist in addition to clinical responsibilities. Currently young adult service users attending this service, the majority of whom have received a diagnosis of Intellectual disability and Autism, do not have access to other pathways for psychology services despite the established complexity of their needs. This post forms part of the overall resourcing of services within CHO Mid-West. The post covers Mid-West Community Healthcare. Health care services in Ireland are undertaking a significant reform programme in line with Government policy. The “Community Healthcare Organisations” report was commissioned by the HSE in May 2013, to review Community Healthcare services. This report provides a framework for the governance and organisation of all of Community Healthcare services. The structures facilitated the move to an increasingly integrated healthcare system which is responsive to people’s needs at the lowest level of complexity, and which will ensure a focus on the population in local areas. The recommendations of the CHO Report emphasises the need for strong leadership and ownership at local level, bringing the relationship between primary care, specialist older persons, disabilities and mental health services, as well as advancing the health and wellbeing of the population into a much more focused and integrated place in each local area. This will ensure a greater focus on service delivery and decision making at local level informed by national frameworks, which will allow the HSE to: Community Healthcare Services are the broad range of services that include Primary Care, Disability Services, Older Person Services, Mental Health and Health & Wellbeing Services. These services are delivered through the HSE and its funded agencies to people in local communities, as close as possible to people’s homes.
