Maintenance Engineer

Main Duties Maintain site process equipment, including utilities. Replace and repair defective mechanical & electrical equipment, instruments and cabling when necessary. Support process changeovers and process cleaning. ·Maintain items of instrumentations, measurement and control associated with process equipment as well as utilities. · Carry out scheduled calibrations on process and utilities instrumentation as to minimize possible batch impact, and unscheduled equipment downtime. · Carry out scheduled Preventative Maintenance PM’s on process and utilities equipment as to minimize possible batch impact, and unscheduled equipment downtime. · Carry out all operations to conform to cGMP requirements. Schedule shutdown works to minimize the impact on production, always adhering to the safest working practices. It is the responsibility of the position to strictly adhere to procedures and an issues identified are raised immediately. · Liaise with all Maintenance, Manufacturing, Project, Quality and any other SK personnel, to meet the site objectives. · Work and liaise with all other maintenance & manufacturing personnel and maintenance contractors to achieve common goals and objectives. Work across departments and respect the views of other team members at all times. City of Dublin ETB has 3,000 employees and an annual budget of €580m. It is the state education and training authority for Dublin city and serves the area covered by Dublin City Council.
