Shop Floor Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Merchandise, rotate and face off all stock in assigned department while maintaining hygiene and food standards. The ideal candidate will have/be: Excellent communication skills; Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible; Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team; Main duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative; Process orders for various departments; Merchandise and present the entire store to the highest standard at all times; Liaise with the Store Manager on changes to layouts, ends and sides and ensure changes are correctly implemented; Implement correct labelling and stock rotation procedures; Ensure deliveries are checked off in line with goods inwards procedures. Keep the back-store tidy and packed away.
Scanning Operator
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store€,,s scanning systems are operated efficiently and effectively at all times and provide accurate and timely information to management. The ideal candidate will have/be: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is an advantage. Main duties: Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based Ensure integrity of product information and pricing Print required daily reports and take appropriate action Manage pricing and setup of in-store promotions Ensure backup of systems are completed daily Ensure the correct cost price is against local suppliers Understand the importance of the role and how it can impact on the store Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store
