Key Responsibilities: General IT Support · Provide 1st Line Technical Support across all departments. · Assist with software and hardware support in a timely and efficient manner. · Minimise interruptions to IT services by troubleshooting issues promptly. · Liaise with third-party suppliers or support services when necessary. · Train and transfer knowledge to internal teams. System & Network Administration · Active Directory (AD) administration: user and security group creation, permission allocation. · Private Branch Exchange (PBX) administration: assign and set up internal extensions. · Diagnostic testing and support for Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Linux operating systems. · Maintain network infrastructure. · Proactive server support and upkeep. · Office 365 tenant management. · ERP (NAV) maintenance and development. · CCTV administration and maintenance. Asset & Documentation Management · Ensure all hardware and software is asset managed and licensing is legally compliant. · Maintain an adequate supply of IT consumables and equipment. · Document standard operating procedures and maintain IT records. · Manage delivery and setup of new equipment with third-party suppliers. Data & Software Support · Diagnose and maintain production and office software and equipment. · Perform data analysis including warehousing and report creation. Main Duties: · You will be assisting with the effective delivery of IT support across all departments, including software & hardware support in a timely manner. · Ensure the IT department maintains an adequate supply of consumables and equipment as necessary. · Minimise interruption to IT supply and troubleshooting IT related problems in a timely manner. · Ensure all Hardware and software is asset managed & licensing is legally compliant. · Liaise with third-party suppliers or support services where necessary. Help develop, train and ensure adherence to SOP’s and risk assessments. · Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) as per training. · Challenge unsafe behaviour in a timely way. · Promote and encourage reporting of hazards and near misses. · Consult HS&E Manager on any identified risks and agree and implement control measures. Other Duties · Quality – Ensure standards are met for all Customer audits, SEDEX audits and BRC audits. · Adhere at all times to the Ethical Trading Initiative Base code. The Post holder will assist the Sports and Recreation Development Officer with the promotion, development, and administration duties associated with sport and recreational activities throughout the Borough of Ards and North Down, in partnership with NCLT/Serco. They will coordinate activities that promote increased participation, promote the excellence of Sport in the Borough and assist individuals, clubs, coaches, officials and governing bodies to create the opportunities for improvement and development along recognised sporting pathways.
