Full job description We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join one of Ireland's leading Financial Brokerages based in North Dublin. Previous experience in Mortgage Administration & customer service is required. Mortgage Plan provide unparalleled customer service in the Mortgage business and our 5 Star Google Review rating is testament to that. You will be joining a well-established team of experienced Mortgage people who wil help you develop your mortgage brokering skills. You will need to excel in administration with a strong focus on the customer. Good attention to detail will be crucial, ensuring accurate and validated customer information via checklists in a well set out application process. Processing sensitive information and assisting the customer with getting their application through underwriting whilst promptly addressing queries from clients and lenders, and managing a number of daily tasks and emails to keep the mortgage pipeline moving. Always assisting clients at each step in the mortgage journey right up to closing. Requirements: · Direct experience in a similar role . Excellent administration skills · Delivering exceptional customer service. · Communicating the unique customer benefits of the various mortgage offerings to potential customers. · Establishing and managing client files while maintaining accurate customer documentation. · Managing applications for mortgages through the underwriting process. · Ensuring customer information is updated in compliance with GDPR guidelines. Recognising any changes in customer details and promptly updating our CRM system accordingly. · Acting as a brand ambassador for the company and upholding their core values, transparency, responsibility, Proactive & Friendly.
