We are looking for a dedicated Candidate & Customer Success Representative to join our dynamic healthcare recruitment team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations, from candidate placement to ongoing engagement and satisfaction. This role will be based in our Ennis HQ for a fixed term period of 6 months. Responsibilities: Candidate Placement & Management: ● Monitor client shift requests and translate them to shift bookings utilising our shift fulfilment technology. This can include managing ad-hoc shift requests as well as weekly/monthly rosters. ● Manage candidates' bookings, process shift cancellations and find replacements to reduce the impact on fulfilment. ● Proactively engage with candidates to build strong relationships, understand their needs, shift availability, and schedule them to work. ● Keep candidates' records up to date in all systems following the standard operating procedures. ● Work with candidates to maximise availability utilisation and improve overall candidate experience and utilisation. ● Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure new hires are utilised and booked into shifts. ● Proactively engage with candidates who have no future bookings or availability submitted. ● Collaborate with consultants to address any candidate concerns or challenges. Client Communication & Management: ● Liaise with healthcare organizations to acknowledge all shifts request providing timely updates on shift requests and filled rosters. ● Liaise with healthcare organisations to provide updates on booking cancellations as well as confirmed candidate replacements. ● Collaborate with consultants to address any client concerns or challenges. Quality Assurance Specialist ㅤ Location: Craigavon Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive Business Unit : Pharma Services Open To : Internal and External Applicants Ref No.: HRJOB9635 ㅤ The Role This role involves assessing and improving the Quality System of Almac Pharma Services and contributing to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance and the quality of pharmaceutical products. The main responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing various operations such as manufacturing, quality control, analytical support, product development, and engineering to assess ongoing GMP compliance and product quality. The role also involves providing quality assurance support and advice to operational departments, implementing quality systems like deviation/CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management and change controls, and actively improving quality systems to ensure GMP compliance and product quality. The successful candidate will also be involved in reviewing production and laboratory data, participating in the Supplier Management Process, conducting internal and external audits, and assisting in the compilation and review of various reports and agreements. ㅤ In addition to the above, the post holder will be the internal and external contact for queries related to product compliance and quality. They will also participate in audits of external suppliers and assist in hosting customer and regulatory audits. The role requires the identification, writing, approval, and implementation of critical GMP documents, as well as conducting internal audits and assisting in the compilation and review of Product Quality Reviews, Technical Agreements, and Risk Assessments. Additional duties related to ensuring GMP compliance and product quality may also be assigned. ㅤ The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of GMP compliance and quality systems. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to review data and reports for accuracy are crucial. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for interacting with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining product quality. The role also requires the ability to conduct audits and participate in the Supplier Management Process. Programme Director With Selamatkan Yaki
Selamatkan Yaki is a multi-faceted conservation programme working to save the Critically Endangered Sulawesi-crested macaque (known as the yaki) in Indonesia. Their efforts comprise education and outreach, protected area management and sustainable development, all based on long-term research exploring the lives of both the macaques and people. Selamatkan Yaki is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as Programme Director (PD) . The PD will work directly with the Programme Manager, Programme Supervisor and Team Leaders to support the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all conservation and research activities. Their main responsibilities will include the strategic conservation planning for the programme, stakeholder engagement and support, leveraging and overseeing funding, and co-production of scientific output. They will be responsible for evaluating and reporting on ongoing population monitoring, education, and wildlife trade mitigation strategy projects. The PD is expected to act independently and communicate strongly with team members, stakeholders and partners. Health Check Coordinator - Doncaster - (Job Ref: 24/OODN) We are looking for individuals to carry out health check appointments in the Doncaster area on a fixed-term contract of 1 year. You may be called upon for this role any day of the week, between the hours of 8am-7pm, these will be given to you in advance. The health checks take place in community centers within the Randox Health Doncaster clinic (located on the high street). The appointments will consist of taking personal measurements, such as weight, height, hip, along with a finger prick blood test for cholesterol and logging these on to the relevant computer systems (Health Diagnostics software). Full training will be given for the role and no prior experience is needed.
