Experience (EMEAA): We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who can demonstrate: Experience in a fast paced, telephone-based customer service work environment. The ability to manage time and workload without direct supervision. The ability to build effective working relationships quickly with customers and colleagues. Excellent communication skills including listening and accurately documenting customer requests. A strong team player who can work well under pressure and manage a large customer base.
