This is a hybrid working role with the office days based in Woodlock House, Portlaw, Co. Waterford. This is Fixed Term Contract role of 1 year duration, with flexibility on hours therefore both full-time and part-time applicants would be considered. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: • Good knowledge of full cycle accounting – General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, & Sales Reconciliation; • Play a key role in the monthly preparation of the management accounts; • Work as part of a cohesive team of finance professionals and support the achievement of the team's goals while managing individual responsibilities; • Assist with all year end duties including closing of accounts and preparation of audit with the wider finance teams. • Preparation and submission of journals to accounting system; • Month end close activities, including General Ledger reconciliation • Prepare sales reconciliations for various entities and post relevant journals to accounting system; • Assist with duties in relation to tax compliance & vat returns; • Other office admin duties as required.
