About the role: We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager position in Service Area 4, reporting to the Director of Nursing: • 1 Part-Time (18.75 hours/week, 4-month contract) This position is in service area 4 which has residential houses supporting adults with disabilities. All homes have a person in charge and staff teams include nurses, social care workers, and direct support workers. This is a key management opportunity for experienced professionals committed to delivering safe, person-centred, and human rights-based supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidates will work alongside human resources, the finance department, the quality and safety team, and a strong multidisciplinary team and contribute to strategic service development and improvement.
