This role is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently, with the allocation of collectors to task, ensuring that all collections are received on time in accordance with standard operating procedures and departmental requirements. The main duties of the role will include: • Working within the Randox Testing Services operational team, booking collections for customers and processing samples for drugs of abuse screening as part of routine or on call testing services. • Monitoring collector performance and preparing and submitting collector key performance indicators. • Monitor and maintain collection schedules via liaising with the Collection Officers Manager. • Supporting the logistics coordinators in the control and provision of stock to collection officers and customers. • Monitor and maintain RTS and sub-contracted collection invoicing and liaise with the accounts department as required. • Assist with general administrative duties within the operations department. • Participation in the on call rota to coordinate evening, weekend and holiday collection requests.
