PURPOSE OF THE JOB The postholder will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient and legally compliant recruitment and resourcing service across the College by supporting the Senior HR Advisor in the planning, coordination and delivery of all aspects of recruitment and selection. The role will act as the main operational lead for recruitment activity, providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers, and contributing to workforce planning and continuous improvement of resourcing processes. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
