Company Placement - Trainee Studio Technical Assistant: 12 Month Fixed Term, July 2026 – June 2027 Job Summary Job Title: Trainee Studio Technical Assistant Duration: 12 months Start Date: July 2026 Hours: 37.5 hrs per week  Salary: Real Living Wage (currently £13.45 per hour) Job Description The Trainee Studio Technical Assistant supports the day-to-day technical and operational delivery of studio facilities while developing practical skills across studio operations, virtual production environments, and stage infrastructure. This is an entry-level development role designed for someone beginning their career in film, television, live events, or technical studio operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to studio technical systems including LED volumes, rigging infrastructure including working at heights, and production environments.
