We are currently recruiting for a Panel Room Operator to join our Production team at our Feed Mill in Monaghan. This is a varied role combining computer-based control of the production process with practical, hands-on duties on the mill floor. You will operate and monitor computer systems that control feed production, ensuring the process runs safely and efficiently. A good mechanical aptitude is desirable, as it will help you understand the equipment and production processes behind the system. The hands-on aspects of the role include inspecting machinery, clearing blockages, resetting equipment, carrying out process checks, and adding feed minerals when required. The position operates on a rotating shift pattern of three 12-hour shifts per week , covering both days and nights: The shift pattern also includes weekend work. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
