The facility is based on a large site in North County Dublin where up to 54 children, from 12 to 18 years, are accommodated in a highly specialised residential environment dedicated to providing them with the best possible care and preparing them for a successful return to their community. We are now recruiting for a Support Coordinator for HSE Community Healthcare Organisations (CHO) Area 6 which covers Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown, Dublin South East and Wicklow. This role will involve developing services across CH06.  Remote Induction and training will be carried out on commencement of the role.  The salary scale offered for this position is €27,000 to €34,000 , depending on experience. Full clean driver's licence and use of a car are required.
