DUTY MANAGER | Circa €51,200 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme We are looking for a Duty Manager to join Longford Forest. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering great service and exceeding guest expectations. Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager you will be directly responsible for overseeing shift management across the village, ensuring operational standards are maintained across all divisions and that guest issues are addressed promptly in order to protect our brand reputation. As the Senior Manager during the shift, you will require the ability to deliver exceptional guest care skills and maintain high standards for a quality memorable experience for our guests. You will have a desire to improve the business and drive opportunities in a pro-active, strategic manner. You will be required to liaise with Senior Company personnel across all business areas and be able to perform under pressure to effectively manage any potential emergency situations.
