SELECTION CRITERIA Essential Criteria • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate, premium or B2B sales role, with a proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets. • Proven ability to initiate, build and maintain effective client and partner relationships at all levels. • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independently under pressure. • Excellent negotiation and closing skills. • IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office; comfortable using CRM systems. • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required. • Access to personal transport or the ability to attend off-site meetings.
