There is a small team of Helpline Counsellors and a Helpline Manager and the service sits within the HSE Addiction Services.

The Pathology Business Manager is responsible to the Director of Pathology and works under the general direction of the Laboratory Manager within assigned areas on the development and implementation of patient focused, value-added Pathology services for the hospital.
