What you will do: Customer Engagement – Provide exceptional customer service by offering knowledgeable guidance on products, fostering positive interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while effectively promoting all Fressnapf|Maxi Zoo products. Brand Integrity - Achieve targets keeping the pets needs at the forefront of everything we do. Ensuring that the animals entrusted to us are well cared for at all times, and that the welfare of the animal comes first. Merchandise and Inventory - Curate an enticing shopping experience for all pet parents with impeccably stocked shelves withfull product availability on the shelves in order to minimise inventory discrepancies, maintain high inventory quality. Personal Development - Proactively engage in personal and professional development, in consultation with the store manager, while adhering to specified staff training timelines. Warehouse Supervisor

In this role you will be responsible for employee supervision of health and safety in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy of goods location and that all delivery procedures are followed accurately. What are we looking for? To be successful in this role you will be a highly self-motivated warehouse professional. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a high volume, fast moving warehouse. You will continually ensure that warehouse space and planned delivery schedules are compatible. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or experience in a similar role. Employee Relations Manager
HSE Mid West The newly established HSE Mid West Health Region will manage and deliver all public health and social care services for Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary serving a population of over 400,000 people. The redesign of services will allow new pathways to be developed between acute hospitals, community services, primary care, health and wellbeing and voluntary sectors to develop more integrated, patient-centred care. HSE Mid-West includes all hospital, community healthcare and public health services in the region. This includes: HSE Mid West Acute Services consisting of: · University Hospital Limerick · University Maternity Hospital Limerick · Ennis Hospital · Nenagh Hospital · Croom Hospital · St John’s Hospital (voluntary) · Older Persons Services Purpose of the Post Working with the General Manager, the post holder will be responsible to manage and develop the Employee Relations Team to guide and advise in areas of Human Resource Management, staff development and driving forward organisational change within HSE Mid-West. The post holder will take a lead role in the management and delivery of Employee Relations functions and will provide HR expertise, support and advice to staff and managers. They will promote and foster positive Industrial Relations/Employee Relations in relation to their area of responsibility, encompassing both managerial and administrative responsibilities. The post holder will also have direct reporting relationships within the HR Department as assigned. The post holder will be required to advise employees on best practice processes in HR-related issues in line with HSE HR policies, protocols and procedures and keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.
