Kerry (outreach to Tralee to provided services to families from Castleisland/Farranfore area) Children’s Disability Network Team. JOB SUMMARY This post is in Network 1 and it involves, working as part of an interdisciplinary team providing supports to children and young adults, 0-18 yrs and their families.
