Qualifications required: · Social Care/ Studies or Relevant 3rdLevel Qualification at degree level i.e.; Social Work, Psychology is essential , (or relevant qualification received outside the state recognised by NARIC equivalent to Irish level 8) · Eligible to register with CORU as a Social Care Worker Some main responsibilities of the role include: · Being responsible for the completion/monitoring of administration tasks to include Rota, Payroll, Manager’s checklists, Annual leave and absence, transitions, audits and any action plans in place. · Support Area Manager/PIC during external/internal monitoring e.g. HIQA/HSE inspections, audits, and peer reviews to ensure high quality standards are maintained. · Responsible for Health and Safety processes in the services including knowledge of and review of Risk Assessments, Identification of Risk, ensuring Health and Safety processes are followed, accidents reported etc. and any safety measures identified are implemented. · Take responsibility for the management of the service rota to ensure safe staffing levels.
