Purpose of the Post: The Principal Physicist’s responsibility will be to provide support for the leadership role in the new HTM department, which is responsible for the development of Clinical Engineering and Physiological Measurement. Essential Criteria: · Hold a recognised Master’s in Medical Physics/Clinical Engineering/Clinical Informatics or equivalent. · Have at least seven years satisfactory experience, (at least three of which were at senior technical level), in one or more of the following fields: Clinical Engineering, Clinical Measurement, Medical Equipment Interoperability Projects. · Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and of administrative capacity) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
