Key Responsibilities Include: Developing long-term relationships with an assigned client group, liaising between customers and internal functions to ensure successful delivery of orders, processing of customer orders and providing order confirmations, ensuring pricing at order entry for invoicing, producing and realising work instructions to production, issuing quotations, providing data to facilitate KPI’s, and maintain and update work instructions for assigned customer group. Requirements: Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, efficient oral and written communication skills, computer literate with an intermediate or above level of Excel, people orientated, and a proven team player. Previous Customer Service experience in in a dynamic manufacturing environment is desired. Minimum qualification of Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
