Assist with resident safety reviews including the implementation of recommendations and learning arising from internal reviews. Produce communication on Quality, Compliance and Resident Safety updates for front line staff. Support Grace Healthcare audit programmes to meet best practice standards and regulations and drive quality improvement and action planning. Manage resident and family surveys, including dissemination of findings and overseeing the production of the family newsletter.
