The Assistant Director of Nursing 4 (PIC) will be: Responsible for the overall management of the Nursing unit in line with HSE Corporate governance. They will provide professional / clinical leadership in the designated area(s) of responsibility. To oversee the management of resources including staffing and staff development to ensure the HIQA regulations and standards are implemented and complied with. There is currently. 1.0 wte vacancy in Ballinamore community Nursing Unit in Ballinamore County Leitrim. This is a 20 bedded unit for residents requiring long term care. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Director of Nursing 4, Assistant/ Person in charge for Sligo Leitrim Older Persons Services from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
