Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of our cafe/deli, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control. Train, motivate, and support our team to deliver outstanding service and maintain our high standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, including scheduling and resource allocation.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, particularly in a cafe or deli environment.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of food safety standards and regulations. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to work.
