As Product Management Lead for Trust and Safety Content and Accounts, you will build and manage a team of product managers. The team will help drive our safety features for videos, including our strategies for automated and manual video moderation, safely compensating creators, etc. The team will also help design our account strategy, including strikes policy for repeat abusers, identity and age verification, etc. What will I be doing? - Build & lead a team of Product Managers - Define safety product roadmap, set metrics to measure effectiveness, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success - Identify risks and leverage in-app product solution or back-end processes to effectively address risk and work with the engineering team to implement product solutions. Requirements What should I bring with me? - Ability to design product solutions based on evidence with a track record of pushing ambitious product and/or organizational or process changes - Relevant experience in Trust & Safety covering areas like minor safety, fraud detection, account identity etc - Understanding of the landscape and new policy developments in new media, tech and the entertainment industry.
