The TCP Group is a healthcare service provider, specialising in ‘direct to patient services’ which include the dispensing and distribution of pharmaceutical products, homecare nursing services and sharps waste management, facilitating a unique turnkey solution for the delivery of hospital care in the patient’s home. Role: TCP Homecare seeks to recruit a Quality Administrator for its Head Office in Dublin. The role will support the maintenance and development of QMS whilst meeting the regulatory and quality standards of a GDP/Pharma environment. The Quality Administrator will manage the maintenance of the Quality Management Systems at TCP Homecare and assist in quality assurance activities. Key Responsibilities: · Compile Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and onward generation of reports  · Log & manage Incident Reports, Change Controls and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Ensure that these are circulated to relevant members of staff including management. · Assist in the closeout of CAPAs by the specific target dates following complaints, incidents or audit non-conformance. · Read and respond, as appropriate, to all emails received to the shared quality email address at TCP Homecare · Act as document controller for TCP Homecare, assisting the creation of policies and procedures. Generate reports from TCP’s Document Management System · Take minutes and actions at quality meetings, examples are Clinical Governance and Annual Management Review meetings and circulate as required · Assist in preparation for external audits and client requests · Generate weekly and monthly reports and data as required by the Head of Quality and Patient Safety and QA Specialists · Assist in handling of quality-related customer complaints and coordinating timely review and response. · Ensure periodic assessments of customer satisfaction rates are reviewed · Provide regular quality performance reports to Management · Liaise with the Quality Department daily · Coordinate general office duties for the team – emails & filing Key Qualifications/Skills: ·At least 2 years’ administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office. · Excellent organisation and problem solving ability. · Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. · Demonstrate an ability to work to deadlines · Experience of working in a similar Quality Assurance related role in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry is an advantage · Previous report writing experience is an advantage Note: This role will involve both working from home and working at the TCP Homecare offices, as required to meet current public health advice.
