Our services are centred around the individual needs of each person and are delivered throughout Northern Ireland. As part of the Living Options services, the Team Leader will enable service users who have learning / physical disabilities, brain injury and associated conditions, to pursue a valued lifestyle by supporting them with personal care as well as with social, emotional, spiritual and daily activity needs. The Team Leader will mentor and supervise the Support Team and will work on the Rota on an as required basis that includes unsocial hours and weekends. The service users living within supported living have physical and sensory disabilities and /or brain injury with associated needs and /or learning disability. The team is expected to deliver the organisation’s mission of providing quality support, care and accommodation to our service users by upholding the organisation’s values of commitment, excellence, diversity, accountability and respect. Working in partnership with Choice Housing & Radius to provide a Supported Living Service to adults over the age of 18 with a learning disability at a range of sites including bungalows and apartments across West Belfast with West Belfast Living Options. The extent of support provided ranges from 1hr to 24 hrs per day, with support and guidance in all daily living tasks including, personal care, leisure and social skills and household management.
