Key Responsibilities Operational Management Assist in managing all food and beverage operations across events, weddings, corporate functions, and retail outlets. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisory role. Proven experience managing F&B operations within busy hospitality or event environments. Confident team leader with strong communication and staff development skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling costs. Knowledgeable in food safety, health & safety legislation, and allergen management. Comfortable selling event spaces and supporting the planning of tailored event packages.
