IT Operations Specialist
IT Operations Specialist The purpose of this post is to provide high quality IT assistance and deskside support to Saint John of God Hospital IT users. This role is 35 hours per week and requires the successful candidate to cover onsite IT support. This position is located at Saint John of God Hospital, Stillorgan and is an onsite IT support role to the staff in the hospital. Due to the nature and purpose of the role there is no option for working remotely at this time. Essential Competencies · Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Support or Cyber Security roles. · Provide 1st and 2nd line support to all IT users to ensure reported problems are resolved as effectively and efficiently as possible. · Day to Day management of system and application software. · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, and Entra ID. · Network hardware management including Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless Networks · Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, OWASP). · Exposure to patching and vulnerability management tools is advantageous. · Troubleshoot system software issues with hospital staff and security officers. Liaise with external support companies as necessary. · Troubleshoot hardware issues with Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, and Local and MFP Printers. Purpose and Scope of the Role The purpose of this post is to provide strong strategic, operational & professional leadership to CHI covering all aspects of finance and procurement. Reporting to the Chief Executive (CEO), the Chief Finance Officer is a key member of the Executive Management Team and will provide Commercial and Financial expertise and advice to the Board, CEO and senior management to ensure the immediate and long-term financial viability of the organisation. The Chief Finance Officer works closely with the CEO by contributing to the development of the organisation’s strategy across all areas, challenging assumptions, and decision-making as appropriate, and providing financial/commercial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers. Responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements are met, and act as key interface with both internal and external audit. Provide financial and strategic leadership for the new children’s hospital programme, working closely with the CHI Chief Transformation Officer in relation to business cases, commissioning budgets, workforce plans etc. Lead the transformation of the Finance and Procurement functions to ensure they fully optimise the digital investment in the new Children’s Hospital. Radiography Service Manager III
Purpose of the Role The purpose of this post is to work under the HSCP Director to provide leadership and management of Radiography services and Radiology Departments across CHI, ensuring provision of high quality services at all times. In addition, the post holder will have operational responsibility for a nominated CHI site or sites until services move to the new children’s hospital on the St. James’s Hospital campus.
